A successful culture of quality starts witha common language that an organization uses to talk about meeting the needs ofits customers to ensure their satisfaction. A strong quality culture is a keycomponent to an organization's success.

Like all cultures, a culture of quality is builtaround shared values and is embodied within the organization.
